Here are three actual examples of what we have done for a couple of our clients:


Fixed the Distribution System: A money manager had a team of wholesalers and had just gone through a series of sales managers that had destroyed morale and the company was experiencing net redemptions. We overhauled the distribution system within the firm, trained the wholesalers, replaced the laggards, coached the new sales manager and the firm was experiencing positive asset flows for the first time in years within 7 months of us working with them.


Enhanced Distribution: A TIC Sponsor was looking to launch a Real Estate Fund. They had no distribution before. We helped them implement a distribution strategy that included a marketing program to begin penetrating the market. We then hired a team of wholesalers, trained them and launched them into the field.


Key Account Project: We were able to assist a mutual fund company interested in the Broker Dealer Market increase their selling agreements for less than 30 to over 100 within 6 months. Some of the firms we signed up included UBS, LPL, and ING. These three alone represent over 20,000 reps.
