Daniel Baccarini II

Daniel Baccarini II has been recruiting in the financial services industry since 2008. During this time, he has recruited for firms in both the Capital Markets and the Asset 

Management space. He has personally placed almost 100 candidates in the financial services industry. Daniel is not only in charge of the firm's efforts within the Capital Markets space, he runs the entire recruiting division within J.C. Trident and works on many of the Asset Management searches. Dan Baccarini

Dan has been in the financial industry since 1993. During this time he has worked inside of the industry as a Retail Broker, Wholesaler, and National Sales Manager.

Additionally, Dan has served the industry from the outside as a Consultant and Executive Recruiter. He has personally placed over 500 candidates in the financial industry in a wide variety of positions to include Senior Executives, Wholesalers, Institutional Sales, Portfolio Managers, Key Account Managers, National Sales Managers, Investment Bankers and Senior Retail Brokers. This unique combination of Industry Experience is what sets Dan apart from all other Consultants and Executive Recruiters in the Financial Services Industry. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of the State of New York and an MBA from The University of Phoenix where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA. J.C. Trident has developed an Open Architecture structure that allows us to plug in the right talent for specialized assignments. Due to the high number of contacts that we have built over the years, we have access to some of the brightest minds in the industry. Therefore, we can tap into these resources on a case by case basis. Thus allowing us to have a far greater capacity to deal with a much broader array of assignments than most firms in our industry.
